MvFAQManager provides a simple but robust system for collecting, answering, and displaying frequently asked questions on a per-product level. Merchants can provide a 'Ask a Question' call to action button on their product pages which allow their customers to ask any questions they may have.

• Merchants recieve an email notification anytime a new question is submitted
• The merchant may discard the question or answer it
• Once a question has been answered, the customer who asked it recieves an email notification alerting them of the response
• The merchant can allow the question and answer to be displayed on the product page
